christopher boots – asterix series

I recently photographed the new light series by the very talented industrial designer Christopher Boots.
‘The ‘Asterix’ series are beautifully crafted lights made out of mirrorred polished brass—each one is an
art piece in itself.
A few words by Christopher Boots: “Inspired by the keyboard character of its namesake, the Asterix
series includes Parallelogram, Unix, Triptyx and Quadrix. Slices of light emanate from mirror polished
brass giving a 21st century take on traditional lanterns.”
